Aster’s rant gets interrupted by a surprising turn of events…

Hey everybody, you may have noticed that this page is out much later than normal. This is due to several reasons-1) my dumbass decided to redo the middle three panels mid-lineart 2) My sister visited me for my birthday (my golden birthday-26 on the 26th!), so I didn’t get any pages done for a week 3) I am in job interview hell (one last week, possibly two next week). On top of all that, I’ve been working diligently on my dissertation. Rather than randomly disappear again, I’ve decided this is the time to take a hiatus-Aster and the Fire will be on hiatus until April 26th. This should give me some time to work on the next couple of pages- without getting into spoiler territory, these pages are extremely important, both for this chapter and the rest of this story.
In other news-Aster and the Fire’s second year anniversary was on March 25th!!! Thanks for being around for 2 (two) years, holy shit! I hope y’all have enjoyed the comic and continue to enjoy it going forward. I appreciate every single last one of y’all that read it, especially the regular commenters. Y’all give me the motivation to keep going 🙂
