The crossing in Rafah to Egypt is currently closed, but many families in Gaza still need support while they wait for it to reopen!
Help Evacuate my Family from Gaza
Tallal Ash is a Palestinian currently living in Belgium who is trying to evacuate his family from Gaza to Egypt. Their family is currently separated across central and southern Gaza, and this fundraiser will hopefully allow them to reunite and leave for Egypt. One of her siblings, Ahmed, has a rare disease called osteomalacia that has worsened without treatment, so evacuating is extremely important for all of them! As an oldest sister, I can relate to Tallal’s anxiety about supporting the rest of her family.
Help family flee Gaza War& pay Rafah crossing fees
Zoheir Masoud is a Palestinian currently in America who is raising money for her nephew, Imad Fathi AlAshi, and his family to survive in Gaza until they can cross into Egypt. His daughter, Asil AlAshi, is currently raising an infant and five year old, so making sure she can get baby supplies and food is extremely important.
These fundraisers are vetted by the grassroots organization Operation Olive Branch. If you’d like to search for a fundraiser yourself on their site, here is the link.
